Age Requirement

If you are under 16 years of age, we kindly ask you to inform a parent or guardian about Limité’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions before registering or placing an order. Their consent is required before proceeding.

Pricing

All prices on Limité are listed in Euro (€) and include 21% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union shop tax-free and will not be charged Dutch VAT. However, customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for further details, as Limité is not responsible for any additional import fees.

Shipping & Responsibility

Once an order has shipped, Limité is no longer responsible for the delivery. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and secure, where you or a designated recipient can sign for and receive the package.

Product Information

All sizes and measurements are approximate, though we strive to provide precise details. Unless otherwise stated, sizes follow the European standard. Please refer to individual product descriptions for further information.

We take great care to ensure the accuracy of product details, descriptions, and pricing at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to decline orders if incorrect information, including pricing or promotions, has been mistakenly listed.

Product availability may change between the time you place an order and when we accept it. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will not be charged for unavailable products.

We make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and lighting, the actual color of an item may differ slightly from what you see on your display.

Payment

We accept PayPal for secure transactions. Payment is processed upon dispatch of your order. You must confirm that the payment method belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it. All transactions are subject to validation and authorization by your card issuer. If authorization is declined, Limité will not be liable for delays or non-delivery.

To finalize your order, click PLACE ORDER, and you will be redirected to the PayPal login page, where you can complete your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you may create one or use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) for checkout.

Taxes & Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated based on your shipping destination and will be displayed at checkout. Orders shipped within the EU are subject to VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU will be taxed at a zero VAT rate, but may be subject to import duties upon arrival in your country. The correct pricing will be applied once you enter your delivery details.

Each Limité order is dispatched with the utmost care, ensuring both precision and security. Your order will be shipped once all payment and delivery details have been approved. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout after selecting your shipping address.

We use Fedex Express International shipping for all orders.

Secure Delivery

To ensure the safe arrival of your order, a signature is required upon delivery. We are unable to authorize deliveries without a signature, so please ensure that someone is available to receive your package.

Tracking Your Order

You may track your shipment at any time via the Order History section in your account.

All estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline. While we strive for timely delivery, Limité cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our control.

Refund Policy for Consumers

We at Costume Limité are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase you make from us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a full refund.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.
  2. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Return Policy for Businesses

We value our business customers and understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s how our return policy works for businesses:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Business customers can initiate returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Process

  2. After approval, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a store credit will be issued to your account within 5 business days.

Store Credit Details

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our webstore.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be applied towards the purchase of any item.
  • The value of the store credit will be equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item, excluding any shipping charges or applicable fees.

Exceptions

  • Personalized or customized items may not be eligible for returns or refunds unless they are defective or damaged.
